I’m very fond of hot beverages of almost all sorts. I also like fitness, singing and cinema. If I could be anywhere I’d be on a Galloway coast looking for pelican’s foot shells.

When I was 8 years old I was told my writing was “excellent”, and it was the first time I’d ever seen that word. I’ve spent most of my adult years wondering if my writing still prompts the use of new adjectives.
